FanArrival (“we”, “us”) is a free transport planning tool for F1 Japanese Grand Prix attendees. We respect your privacy and collect minimal data.

What We Collect

FanArrival does not require you to create an account. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or payment details through the planner tool.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics (plausible.io), a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. Plausible collects anonymous usage data such as page views, referrer sources, browser type, and country — no IP addresses are stored.

We also use Microsoft Clarity for session replay and heatmap analytics. Clarity may collect device information, browser type, and interaction data. Clarity does not collect personal information. For details, see Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

If you subscribe to our race weekend updates, your email address is collected and managed by Buttondown (buttondown.com). You can unsubscribe at any time.

FanArrival does not set first-party cookies. Third-party services (Microsoft Clarity) may set cookies for session tracking purposes.

Third-Party Links

Our site may contain affiliate links to hotel booking platforms, transport services, and other third-party sites. These sites have their own privacy policies. We earn a small commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.

Data Retention

Route planning inputs (city, race day, preferences) are processed entirely in your browser and are not sent to any server. No personal planning data is stored.
